Right, what do you need? Generator, I have 49 diesel gennies available. 1 is enough. 24x12(foot) tents, I can use a Land Rover to get the kit up there, would mean not bring my 2 tho..... unless there are any support wagons going that can help. Up to you jay.

well considering this will be my first fest with you guys. anyone give me some tips on what to bring other than a tent myself the other half lots of alchopops and foodage! maybe if i pack light a BBQ if the weathers nice... meh who knows! lol

BBQ is a good call, I'll be packing one. Extra layers for later in the day, camping chair, Jagermeister, money for drunken Dodgems......

BBQ food & beer is always recommended at the shows. A bit of snack food aswell if you don't want to use the burger vans in the day - they are a bit pricey at shows.

and yeah thats cool ill be bringing some sandwichs and stuff and some cold drinks so no a problem there if i can find out how many are actualy coming ill bring a feast with one and let the miss's know!

Drunken Dodgems = get slaughtered then go on the Dodgems.... Simple as that It is a tradition at Japshow now

sounds great jay! and from the tent my best friend gave me it has come with a kinda cooker.. hard to explain just uses gas but ill get that from asdas! so yeah ill be bringing that also i could of braught an 18 man tent. but its finding the god damn thing! and yes suprisingly it would fit in my mr2!

so anything else we need or want helping with?

i probably should find my tent soon i was thinking more about beer and food before i thought of where to sleep

There are only 2 things outstanding now really....

1. Locating the gazebo so we have a communal area
2. Working out how to get some tunes going

Other than that, it is a case of turning up and having a laugh

Are they the blue gazebos? I remember packing them up at JAE... Maybe we have them? Or andyroo? Actually, I have no idea...
