Re: Reversed polarity boob

I’d guess at the very least it’s popped fuses
Could also have burnt out relays and/or wiring too and possibly the ecu

Re: Roadsters de cat pipe.

IIRC you lose a bit of mid range torque by fitting a decat to a roadster, and there are the obvious mot issues. Personally I'd either get a new cat section made up by an exhaust place incorporating a sports cat or buy a standard second hand one

Re: Brake Upgrade Advice

You used to be able to get calliper refurb kits but not sure if you still can. If you can it's definitely worth doing as the callipers on an mr2 are well known for seizing, rears especially

Re: Brake Upgrade Advice

Yeah OEM

Just the final piece of the line dude so yeah braided hoses. Some people don't clip the hoses properly to the strut and I've recently seen 1 wear through within a week of being put on the car

Re: Berk Exhaust System

The dude in the video is on here but can't remember his username. He's just bought his old car back after 10 years or something and it's a tad rusty. Think it's in the project section?

I love my Berk too. Best all rounder IMO... Doesn't drone at all but makes the right noises when you want it too

Re: Wheels and tyres for my Rev 3 Turbo?

Rare rims or driftworks will sell you a staggered set of Rota wheels

Or keep your eye on the second hand market

I've got 2 sets of wheels coming up for sale very soon but they are genuine Rays and Advans

Re: 02 Sensors still bringing up check engine light even though they have been changed!

As above. O2 sensor are really sensitive and it doesn't take a lot to make them fail so it's really not worth buying second hand parts
