Re: JAE Cosplay

Hmmm, OK... Beige trousers I can do, white shirt is easy, I have a thin blue tie sorted. Black rucksack is easy.....

Just some sort of "weapon" to sort out....

Re: JAE Cosplay

Yeah, OK.... Not seen it but think I'm getting the drift....

So, fake gun, black trousers, black rucksack and a white shirt cover it?

Re: T-Bar/Door Seals

Yeah, bought from Ben in the past, he's pretty good :th:

OK, plan is that I'm going to sit in the car and get Erin to pour water onto the roof. From that experiment, I'll be able to clearly identify where the problem is and rule out any adjustments :th:

T-Bar/Door Seals

Morning folks, Finally found out where my problem is with water getting into the cabin, the rubber seal on the passenger side is totally shot  I have no choice, I'll have to replace it. I have found new seals with MR2Ben at £170 a side (ouch!!) but is there anywhere cheaper I can grab them from?...

Re: Problem No2: Speedo not working

Ok, long shot but check the plug from the speedo connector up to near the ECU.

Moisture might have got in causing a short or (like Mine) the plug was loose so didn't have agood connection

Re: Problem No2: Speedo not working

It should read accurately bud....

AFAIK, it'll still be limited to 112mph but the power steering will cut out where it is supposed to. The UK clock is calibrated to the exact same sender :th:

Provided I get through the MOT tomorrow chap, I'll be booking my ticket.

I'm a little bit wayward but can tag on for the Thursday no problem :th: I'm coming from Northampton on the M1/A14 so could meet any of you from Kettering area?

Re: Problem No2: Speedo not working

1992 J-reg. So Rev 2. I would double check that..... I'll tell you for why. I have had 3 J plate cars.... 2 have been rev1 and one has been a rev2. The reason I ask is that IF it is a rev1, then it has a cable driven speedo :th: Edit - easiest way to tell for sure is to look at the rear of the gear...
