Simply Japanese Beaulieu 31st July

Post by stuMR2lee »

All MR2 clubs have been invited by IMOC to join a stand at this show.

Message from IMOC:

"Calling all clubs and members. Show time again and a date for your diary. Sunday 31st July at Beaulieu Motor Museum and 'Simply Japanese'. Club stand has been reserved and tickets cost just £10. Please purchase tickets and update the thread on the main forum once done so that I can advise the organisers of numbers.
Lots to do at Beaulieu....check out the website.

An update with regards to purchasing tickets for those that haven't seen...

I have reserved a stand for the club and we need to advise numbers closer to the event.
Anyone wishing to go needs to individually purchase the entrance tickets either online or by phone.

Please can you update the attendance list once you have done so, so that I can advise of numbers 2 weeks before the show.
Simply call the number below or click on the 'Buy Tickets' link on the website.

Hi Scott,

Thank you for your email.

I have added you to the list for a club stand at this event. Please email final figures to us 2 weeks before the event. You will all need to individually purchase your tickets online or over the phone, 01590 612888.

Kind Regards,

Caroline
There is absolutely stacks to do! Check out the website. https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/attractions/

Keen to open this up to all clubs as in recent shows this year, so please spread the word. Must keep numbers updated on here (IMOC) though so I can track numbers.

Just to let everyone know...if you fancy coming on the day then tickets can be bought on the gate.
Ive asked the organisers and mentioned about being on a club stand and they said it didn't matter if you was on a stand or not, tickets can be bought on the gate.

Hi all, I've somehow taken over organising this event from Scott as he is probably now boarding a plane to sunny Kos (lucky git) Currently I have arranged for around 10 cars from the Facebook groups to meet between 8-8:30am so if you could all join us at the tourist information centre car park in Lyndhurst for a 8:30 sharp convoy round to the rear entrance of the Beaulieu Estate where on site stewards will show us to the stand which I believe is booked up for 25 cars.
I'm unable to attach the stand pass on here so please email me at rick@5042.co.uk and I shall send it to so you can print and display on entry.
I think you can pay on the gate but I'm not 100% sure on this and would advise you purchase your tickets online from the Beaulieu website and cost £10 a person for those participating in the show.
My phone number is 07713352060 should you need to contact me on the day.
I look forward to seeing you all Sunday [Smile]

We came looking for the Imoc, was half about a dozen cars there and no-one around :confused1:

the supercharged Mk1 was nice
Dissapointed that there was no Mk3s there (in fact we only found 4 MK3s in the entire event)
