Well desicion made then. Can you put my name down when you do it please and then let me know how it all works payment etc. Wanna go with the club. Hopefully my car is good enough for the club stand lol.TonyleFrog wrote: ↑16/11/18 23:59 No problem with asking the question.
JDMCombe is #1 on Jay's list.
I've been giong to Combe every year from 2008 onwards.
It used be Japfest before that moved to Silverstone in 2016.
Since then the circuit has put on its own show
I've been the organiser for JDMCombe for the last couple of years

Will register the OC for 2019 as soon as its avaliable.

It's up to you whether you do the 'early bird' deal.
If you do, you won't be on the club stand though.

Re: DISCUSSION - Shows for 2019
Jdmcombe normally works like this:
Club organiser approaches combe to book a club stand with approx number of cars
Combe then give a code to the organiser that then gives out to members who want to go on stand
Anyone that wants to go goes to the jdmcombe site and choose club booking, selects the club from a dropdown list and puts in supplied code and then books the amount of tickets they want and any track time if they want. The organiser gets an email to say the member has booked also. This way the organiser doesnt need to put money up front and everyone can book themselves in.
I prefer combe as its the easiest way to book, its local to me and also they charge per car not per person

JDMCombe isn't until Saturday 1st June. Plenty of time yet.notroubleclubber wrote: ↑09/01/19 18:18 Bloody hell mate be patient!!! The scene dont normally wake up until march time
I have applied to register OC once again.
When I get confirmation I'll start a thread.
I have sent you a PM.

Re: DISCUSSION - Shows for 2019
Just seen this thread, Bicester Sunday Scramble at Bicester Heritage happens 3 times a year in Jan, April and Oct. Jaw-dropping classic car (and modern classics) turnout the 2 times we've been.
Plus tickets are less than £10 each (and it's 30mins up the road from us!)
