Ive also confirmed and the payments and booking form need to be back in to Japfest by the end of February
Therefore I have a month until I have to stop accepting money and send it all off

if we've only got a month I'd suggested one of the area reps or mods to send out a few pms to local members (or ones that have attended in previous years) as many may not realise the much earlier deadline than previous years
