Hey everyone Fran and I are down to do the Go Karts again this year and I of course need to defeat protok in the food eating contest!

Already done mate. Cleared for those but, much to my annoyance, they wouldn't cover me for the Dragon Boat racing unless I have an uprated pacemaker fitted. NHS will only replace the current one if it develops a fault. Could have it done privately but I can't justify the cost.

Heather the Go-Karting is a two person team,the first person wearing a shirt as provided does a lap and then on return has to quickly take off the shirt and the second person then pulls on the shirt and does a lap,all timed.
