Could have been worse, a turbo with a buggered gearbox and no MAP sensor could have done a 14.5, which is better than most V6's i believe? :whistling:

Ian is running 14.2's with a crappy camry t-pipe Stevie ;)

At least you made it up the strip - the V6 is still dead on the driveway!!!

Takes me a good 2 minutes to push it up and down the drive to get the recycling bins out the garage :laughing

PMSL

I did get a 1.90 sec 60ft time tho.

New gearbox, bigger clutch and more power please vicar :D

Thing is I done a 13.4 on that box in its dodgy condition with a 60ft of 1.95sec so if the box hadnt gone it could have been a PB

Best i managed was a 1.89 60ft when i ran it the second time - although the track was much more grippy then - damn auto ecu causes me all sorts of fuelling problems over 5.5K though hence the slow 1/4 mile times

Hoping to if i can get the thing road worthy - it's not too happy on the strip though - seems to prefer rolling acceleration, b-roads and track action as opposed to 1/4 mile times though due to the ECU & the gearbox.
