sorry, just noticed I sent it to '.com' rather than '.co.uk'... cancelled that payment, will now wait until the money's back in my account and then I'll pay again to the correct address

Just seen the price difference between the Dumbarton and Perth Travelodges! Unreal.

Couple that with my antipathy to the A82 along Loch Lomond, plus the drive for me to Edinburgh and Perth is much more interesting/fun than Glasgow, I'm seriously wondering whether to stay at Broxden Junction on Wednesday night as well. Then RV the next day at the Crianlarich bypass or Green Welly at Tyndrum.

Decisions, decisions... Image

We've decided not to stay in Dumbarton too due to the price hike from previous years. The hotel we've booked into is more expensive but well worth it and includes breakfast :th:

We'll still be meeting up with everyone on Wednesday evening tho

FYI I'm sure Vouchercloud had a discount for Travel Lodge recently (may have expired mind you!). Also, I passed the Premier Inn further along the A82 last week and it looked as if they were extending but sometimes they are dearer than TL.

Actually just looked and the Premier is a lot cheaper. Loads of these kind of hotels on the other side of the Clyde as well that are cheaper!
