Starter
Smoked cheese and whisky onion filo pastry on leaves with balsamic dressing

Main
Isle of Skye beer battered haddock, chunky chips, peas and tartare sauc

Dessert
White chocolate and pistachio cheesecake with raspberry coulis

I'll take a copy of who has ordered what as I know from previous experience that some of you will have forgotten by the time we get on Skye :p
