Decal colour on Red 1989 MR2

Post by Wolfie000 »

Hi there,
I have a red ‘89, that I’ve had from new. It is been completely restored at the moment.
Thing is, I can’t remeber what colour all the decal was on it before it was striped back 🙄
Toyota are saying it’s white, but then others are saying it was silver.
Would you be so kind as to enlighten me as to what it should be, possibly with photos of the original.

Regards,
Wolfie.

Which decals are we talking chap?

If it is a MK1 (all the stripes, nosecone etc) I believe they were white but I'm not a massive MK1 knowledgebase. I believe silver was on the light blue :th:
