Il try that at the Weekend, that are your thoughts on the headlisgts, I can live with the windiw but headlights up all the time is annoying haha thanks jim

With the headlight switch off, what happens if you wind the headlights down manually ? this page from the Owners manual shows how to manually retract the headlights
Take the fuse out, wind them down then replace the fuse and see what happens
