Guys what's the precedure for setting the throttle position sensor?

Its just a big potentiometer.

From memory the testing in the BGB was not so good.

Your looking for a lot of wear on the shaft mechanically and use a multimeter on Ohms and your looking for a smooth and continuous change of resistance while turning it. There should be no sudden changes or temporary open circuits or dead spots.

You don't see them much on Audio gear these days but when they go bad here you get a crackle as you change volume up or down instead of a a nice smooth transition in volume.

I checked the AFM and replaced the TPS when I increased the boost, both of these need to work correctly.
