Differential Oil
I have a 1996 Mark 2 Rev 4. Can anyone advise me how often the differential oil should be changed? Also what oil to use and the quantity required. Also - is this a big job or a simple one? Thanks.

Thanks for that. I am not much of a mechanic - can I ask another question. Is the gearbox oil and the diff oil one and the same thing in these cars. In other words if you change the gear oil does it do the diff at the same time?

The diff is within the trans so only need one oil change. If you have a turbo then trans will ge a E153 which requires 5 litres. M90 is good but LWSP is better.
