Just a quick update, for anyone who's interested:
As previously mentioned, purchased following Volvo ones, as suggested, from Parts Monster - came following day (what great service!), and absolutely do the job with no messing about:

My wife bought a pair of generic ones from amazon for my car which fit perfectly, they're just a few mm taller. The nozzles can be moved too.
I had to reuse the gaskets from the old ones though..
