Leaking Roof
Recently the storage bin on the drivers side started to fill up with water, anyone know how to solve this please?

Re: Leaking Roof
Water in the bins is usually due to blocked drains (unless there is an obvious problem with the roof).
Clear out the drains first and see if that stops the problem.

Re: Leaking Roof
Thanks Topdownman, but dopy question where is the drain?
Had a look this evening and I can see the water is coming off some fabric that is part of the roof. The roof is not old and in good condition, seals all the way round. The bin fills up rapidly with water suggesting it is a drainage issue (I hope)

Re: Leaking Roof
Have just responded to another post like this as I had the same prob. Here is the response and relevant linky
I had exactly the same problem. Not being mechanically capable (code for utterly incompetent), I was fortunate to find a soft top specialist in the local area.
He had a root around and confirmed quite quickly that it was the drain pockets. He called them 'Soak aways' but it was clear what he was referring to. The item noted in the diagram on the link above indicates the right part and the price quoted in the link above is what I paid. Labour was tough but it fixed the leak.
Just trying to dry the old girl out now.
I know what you mean when you say brittle, I saw them coming out and they were just coming apart in his hands as he removed them.
If only I could have got it sorted in the SCORCHINGLY HOT SUMMER it would be dry as a bone now. Hey ho.
