Hi Guys.
Simple question.
I’ve got a woodsport V6 converted mr2 sw20 MK2.
How compatible is this engine and gearbox to fit into a Mk3 roadster?
What’s involved to pop it in?
Is it a simple swap?
I’ve never owned a mk3 but a V6 in a roadster would make a fantastic car.

I asked Paul at Woodsport the same question as was thinking of doing a DIY conversion myself on a MK3. Its not simple and is in my opinion well outside of the capabilities of general DIY. I quickly decided that it was not something I could tackle. I've done two MK2 DIY V6 conversions so no novice. That's not to say of course other people out there do not have the skills to do the job.
