Alarm problems

Post by chris hook »

New to this, and not that good with motors in general. Let her sit for a few months and battery died, borrowed one to get her started blew a couple of fuses, replaced those but I have lost use of the RCL, there is no dash illumination, no wipers and the alarm keeps going off. Any suggestions welcome.

No such thing as a stupid question, but no I definitely didn't set the battery up the wrong way, I'm not that bad with them :laughing 😂

I would say, if your battery is connected correctly, moisture is probably your culprit here. If it worked fine before parking up and wasn't blowing fuses
