Warm starting problems

My 2001 Mk3 always starts first time when cold or hot but needs two or three attempts when warm. I recently changed the coolant temp sensor and the plugs and injectors are all new. I've also cleaned the MAF sensor. I noticed it started to happen after I changed the injectors. It runs perfectly once it starts. Any ideas?
