Changing The Radio | 2001 MK3 Model

Hi there, I recently bought a 2001 Mk3 model and decided to swap out the original radio and cassette player for a Pioneer SPH-DA120dab screen and have been having a lot of trouble finding an adaptor for it. I have searched in every vehicle parts shop in the local area that is open including Halfords and none of their recommendations worked.

Please could someone help me out and explain what adaptor I need:

The top picture is a standard ISO male connector, however the bottom picture I'm unfamiliar with. Is this plugged into something else or wired directly into the harness?

Really you should just need ISO to Toyota Stereo leads:
