How to reset factory stereo?

How to reset factory stereo?

My stereo just displays "help" and I don't know how to reset it all.
I can get it to display "dealer" by pressing 1, 4, 6, PWR all at once but I can't get any further than that.

Anyone know what buttons I need to press to reset it? I'd rather not pay Toyota to press some buttons for me.

I did see that and tried it allready but the combinations its suggesting dosent seem to do antything on my stereo.

Its the double din style stereo if that makes a diffrence?
