Glimited stereo wiring

Post by MurphyMR2 » 06/10/19 17:37

Hi guys,
Would anyone have any information on Japanese import stereo wiring? I have a rev2 na with active system, 3 amps and 2 subs, but all the wiring diagrams I can find do not have the same wires as mine.
I have a 15 pin connector and am trying to test if the amps and speakers work with my aftermarket stereo, someone butchered the wires and I'm trying to put it back to normal, if anyone can help tell me what the coloured wires are in the back of the stereo connector I would be very grateful.
Thank you

Hi jimi,
Yes I have these these diagrams, but the colours on mine are different to the ones in the first link you sent, every diagram I have found only has 14 wires not 15 like mine and they have different colours to the ones in my car

I've just uploaded this one for you https://www.mr2oc.co.uk/download-cats/d ... grams.html
it shows 15 connections and hopefully will be of some use to you :)

Thanks jimi, I will check these when I have some spare time, the only difference I noticed is some of the colour wires are different and in the wrong place, I'm wondering would someone of taken the wires our of the connector then put them back in the wrong order as this seems like a pointless task?
