Does that mean your car is like Trigger's Broom...?baileydom wrote:I'm happy to take up my usual role as sweeper
If you're not living life on the edge, you're taking up too much room!

Are many people coming in a MK3 out of interest?

We have at least 2 on our list from the ROC - Scott & Richard. More in the other areas. I estimate around 15 MK3's out of the 60 cars coming.

Brilliant! Looking forward to it. I took mine round the Evo triangle over Christmas, spectacular.

Whilst we await confirmation of the final venue (Barrow Wake near Birdlip seems favourite at the moment), Tony is working out the route and pub for lunch as time marches on.

Meet time 9am for Breakfast. Depart by 10am.
***************************

Kent members will be travelling clockwise on the M25. Tony can you post up your meet location & time please?

Stu, you have Parker 455 down as Kent. Are you sure that's correct? If he is starting from Southampton surely it makes more sense to join the South Central group? Beaconsfield is miles in the opposite direction for the Cotswolds! I need to know which group he will be joining before I start sorting out our eating arrangements.
Kent sub-group RVs and timings:
https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?saddr=Un ... ssic&dg=oo
A. Clacket Lane services - depart at 07.45 (latest)
B. Cobham services - depart 08.20 (latest)
C. Beaconsfield services - ETA 09.00 (ish!)
Remember to set your alarms clocks folks.
If you forget you'll have to catch up later!

He still wants to come with the South East group. I'll change him to Beaconsfield.

Thanks Scott.
The final destination is attracting some interesting comments. For me, the day is mainly about the run and lunch on the way. As a destination for so many cars has proven difficult I think I'm going to take the view (if Barrow Wake is the place) that it's a quick meet up/photo opportunity/chat before heading home.
