Fair enough. Not sure where you got separated. Must have been quite early on as we stopped to regroup at the entrance to Leeds Castle and you had both vanished from view.

If I do another pub lunch run I will definitely produce a navigation list like I did for the Cotswold Mega Meet so that people only need to look for road numbers and/or place names. That way if anyone drops off the radar they can still trace the route without needing to keep the car ahead in sight.

Thanks to everyone who came along to support the season opener. The sacrifices I made to the weather God seem to have worked...

The next event will revert to the usual early start and finish for breakfast to avoid all the Harolds and Dorises who haven't yet managed to discover what fourth and fifth gear are for. I regret to say that I can't promise there won't be any horse boxes though. The d*** things seem to be a permanent feature now!


The date options for May are Sunday 3rd or 31st. I will put up a thread to start the ball rolling before I leave for Scotland on Wednesday.
