Kent Run Round 5 - Sunday 27th September

Opening the list early as I will be away at JAE in mid September.

This will be another dawn run (06.30 departure).

The weather forecast for 27th has totally changed since I first looked at it this week.
It's much better now than it was then but tbh it's still anybody's guess what we will actually be faced with on the day... Fingers crossed!

Tony doesn't give the locations until a couple days before the run. The starting locations are always somewhere accessible near the main routes in North Kent though. I come down from Colchester way and it only takes me an 1hr15 max to get to the start points. You'll be fine from Romford

No, because it depends on what route I pick.
Planning for that won't happen until after JAE.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

As those who went to JAE will know, the weather this month is all over the place from one day to the next. Likewise, those who came on the last KR will remember that I decided to switch it to the Saturday because I didn't want to risk the run being ruined by rain, or roads still wet from the previous night.

It worked.

The forecast for the coming weekend and the next shows that by far the best chance of being able to replicate the conditions we had last time is for Round 5 to take place this weekend on

Whens the latest to let you know Tony? Need to make some further adjustments to the front end on mine, if I can get that done tomorrow night, I should be able to drop it off for alignment friday morning. It's not too bad, but for an early run I want the front to be correct!
