Cotswold meet: Sunday 3rd April *2016* - run out/pub lunch.

After discussing this with Gazza, we have decided on a repeat of last year's format.

I need to know how many bums on seats for booking tables at the pub so it is essential that you tell me if you are bringing a passenger (+1). Ditto if anyone on the list can't attend. With the Easter holiday weekend intervening it will help considerably if I can finalise the numbers before Good Friday (25th March).

n.b. Alterations to the pub booking won't be possible after Wednesday 31st March.

Any more takers please just post up and I will update the list below accordingly.

The meeting place for the run will be Beaconsfield Services just off the M40. Arrive by 09.00 for breakfast. Departure will be at 10.00 sharp. A Google Maps link of the route will be sent in due course by PM to everyone on the list, so there will be no excuse for anyone to become lost!

Only other region near you is East Mids, which currently only has two names down. Jay and James may want to join the East/South East lot anyway?

The pub is in the Cotswolds somewhere, the meeting point before that for us will be services on the M40.

Reminder.

This evening I will be booking the table(s) for the pub lunch based on the names listed in the first post for the run from Beaconsfield Services.

If you are planning to join us and haven't told me yet it will be helpful if you could post here today before 20.00 (8.00pm). Likewise if you are unable to make it.

I can keep the list open until 18.00 (6.00pm) on 31ST MARCH for adding any last minute takers. After that there will, as they say, be no room at the inn!

PM's with route details will be sent out to all participants later that evening.

JCurtis and I will meet you at the pub... Gaz! has signed up to your list on the other thread but not on here. Im 99% sure his bum will be on a seat too but I will give it a kick by 31st March to confirm

Thanks for the update.

JC and Gaz have been added to the list for booking the table(s). Confirmation for Gaz by 31st would be good though (it's easier to reduce the numbers rather than increase them!). Also whether he will be meeting us at Beaconsfield Services as 'Somewhere in Oxfordshire' covers a lot of ground!

Will include you and JC in the PMs for the route and timings. That way you will be able to join us for the second half of the run if you feel so inclined.
