Yes folks, it's time to dig out those driving gloves again! :D :th:

Now that Christmas/New Year is behind us and your hangovers have had time to cure, the new season is about to kick off. It's too early in the year for a dawn start so I'm afraid you'll have to wait until March for the first of those. 2017 will begin as 2016 ended with a mid morning amble and finishing with a pub lunch.

Start point/route info will be by PM as usual.

If you plan on bringing a +1 don't forget to say so otherwise they will be sitting on your lap which might be fun for some but makes eating a tad difficult...

I'll be up for this, it will be nice to get out and give the car a bit of a shakedown following winter :th:

Car should be serviced and back ready to go well before then, lets hope the weather is favorable!

I think yes, but my tyres are still feeling hard and waxy. Hope it's warmed up a bit by then.

I have previously used a majority decision when there was more than one date on offer (i.e. Date tbc).
That was not the case this time hence the thread title.

I have my reasons for picking 19th. The 26th, although not impossible, is more difficult for me.
That is why I needed 100% support for the change (see the word underlined below).
I'm OK with changing Round 1 to the 26th Feb though if everyone else is.
Given this is a pub run, I can do no better than borrow from Mr Izzard. "The 19th it shall be"
