What time roughly do the runs finish? Need to pop down and see Headcase about something.

No problem. The list remains open until the afternoon of the preceding Friday.
Details of the start/route/finish are distributed by PM that evening.

Depends on the route length. We usually have a stop for a photo op somewhere as well.
The aim is to be at the finish no later than 09.00 to prevent getting caught up in traffic.
Breakfast and chat is optional for those who have to be somewhere else in a hurry.

More turbo parts picked up today from Toyota so more than likely I'll be too busy trying to get this engine up to spec for installation! Will let you know if that changes.

I'll have to make the decision on the date by mid week (Thursday) because, if the 14th is the favoured date, I need to have the route plotted and ready to send out the following day!

Aarrgghh, based on current responses the committee is deadlocked. If it remains that way I will have to use my casting vote and whichever way I jump some people are going to be miffed...

However...

When I first picked the dates I wasn't able to do the 28th. Yesterday that all changed. So could everyone please indicate their availability for that. I only have until Thursday to call this one.
