Nationally meets normally pick up when the weather is better and lighter days

maybe we should get on that?? even if its just a pub or something, might get interest going again, but I agree the southwest region is waaay too big, I'm in bristol and its one hell of a drive to devon/cornwall and vice-versa

Re: Has the South West region died?
It's nice to hear from you all and I'm glad some of the old crew are still about.
Well I'm single for a change, so I've found myself with a fair amount of free time and for the moment some disposable income. As the weather should be on its way towards a fairer state I'd be up for some small scale meets somewhere in the region. If not I'll start checking out some of the other regions and catch up with some of the people from them I haven't seen in a good couple of years or so.
My MR2 is in a terrible state, and my clutch really badly needs replacing but it will still happily do another few thousand miles before giving up on me. As long as we don't do Lynmouth and Porlock Hill
I promise I will be late as usual.

He took some good pics of my MR2 while we were on Rhon's wales runs.
Think my MR2 was blue back then - it's been green since around 2009

If you're not living life on the edge, you're taking up too much room!

Re: Has the South West region died?
I'm new to the South West Moved to Penryn, Cornwall back in Sept last year for university. I was quite social in East Anglia / South East meets and shows, but I don't have my MR2 at the moment (hopefully bring her down in the summer if I manage to get a job!)
