895 miles ;)

+ 297 miles from ours to the first meeting place

+ 329 from perth to home

1521miles total :th:

I just worked it out at 26mpg comes to about £362... So say £400 for spirited driving ;)

Less than 1000 miles for me - but I do live closer to the start point :)

My car has been using a load of petrol, last think which I'm changing is the ecu temp sensor, which may be faulty, then failing that ill need to get saving! The car is running a power fc so I've no idea on how its mapped, that may be the issue.

How many folk need v power or similar? I think there's decent fuel at Inverness but not sure where else

Wow, some major changes.

Just curious, but what was the thinking behind ditching Skye on Saturday? Liking the amendment to Sunday. Always wanted to do the back road to Lochinver and the single track from Laxford Bridge to Lairg is awesome. It would also have been a very long haul from (lunch at?) Applecross to Perth on Monday. Plus V-Power is available in Inverness, so less octane booster needed.

Gets a :th: from me.

I remember it from an earlier Drive. It's the one with the tiny forecourt and awkwardly placed jetwash making it difficult to park up while waiting for the everyone to fill their tank.

Isn't that the one where the Lambo scraped its underside getting to the pumps?
