Something that I've been wondering of late. Are Mk3s going to start suffering from build quality issues? My gut feeling is that Toyota's standards across the board dropped around the turn of the millenium compared to what they had been previously.

A feeling confirmed by Nathan at MRTwos and myself. The ST Celica and the MK2 MR2 were heavily over engineered and with the introducution of the ZZ Celica and and the MK3 MR2 the corner cutting really came about.

I'm not criticising, just telling it how it is I see it.

More than welcome as passengers in my turbo Glen, with my co-pilot dropping out due to work I'll be stir crazy when I get back after a days drive without anyone to chat to. Or just more than usual :laughing

All I need to do is change the power unit, 4 cylinder n/a Pete.
