It was a good morning, definitely different volume of traffic compared to a Sunday (not complaining just an observation)
Good to see you all.
Thanks for planning and leading Tony.
We certainly managed to squeeze around that table for breakfast!!

I'm home, 220 miles and an empty tank! My worst on road mpg yet  I blame the sticky brake caliper that showed itself at a stop point.

Cheers Tony it was another cracking morning, great call on the weather :th: Just a shame I couldn't have stayed for the whole run, next time though! found some cracking back roads on my way to Ashford before the M20, had to enjoy it by myself though. Hope breakfast was good.

Great to see people even though it was very brief! I must make an effort to get to more events.

Quick shout out to Gaz to say props for demonstrating how capable a well setup NA is on the twistys. Didn't matter how much boost I had, I think you were pulling away from me in quite a few places. Also sounded great :cool1:

Hopefully see you all at the next one :D

Cheers, I know I'm missing half of one, but I hadn't realised that I had the side light out swell. I'll have a look tonight :th:

Driving style would change a little for sure though.
May even things out again who knows.

Before then. Crank the boost up mark! My current combo of mods make for a quick B roada.

Very true, I have forgotten how different my experiences of driving my old NA round Silverstone were compared to driving the Tubby. I recall being quicker than the tubby's through the corners but got decimated on the straights. I still want to stick the Tubby on a track day to actually find its limits.

Lol its quite tempting but it all depends on what the insurance man says at the end of this year. Not sure what to do next, brakes are probably more tempting. I definitely noticed the difference in speed between our cars, at the start when I was on full boost you were drawing me in quite easily in places. Also want to uprate the intercooler from stock to an aftermarket or chargecool it first :D

Indeed. Jim was half way through 2nd gear by time I had reached the top of first on the way home :laughing

The NA is fun, but I'm just bored of the amount of power available. Time for a change.
