Re: JAE 2015 south east convoy
If you're coming up the A1 there is nowhere to stop by the time the A14 merges as you will be on the A1(M) There are three options if you want to park up and wait.
The services at the Bampton roundabout (A1/A14). You'll need to time it from Glympse because you won't see us: we will be joining further up (see above).
or (if you want a visual)
Divert at the Brampton roundabout onto the A14 towards Huntingdon then join its northern spur at the next one. There is a roadside layby here - https://goo.gl/maps/QuyZ6 - about halfway between Huntingdon and the Alconbury exit. Streetview shows it as coned off but that was 3 months ago. The road works should have finished by now: can't find any mention of it on the Highways England web site.
or
Continue past where the A1(M) ends to the next services (BP): the endpoint on this map.
https://goo.gl/maps/fUwOj - you should be able to lurk on the exit slip.
