I`ve messaged him on FB and asked him to either reply to me on there or to post up in this thread, I`ll post up when and if I get a reply or he may post up here, we`ll just have to wait and see.

Update ; Just talked to David on FB and they aren`t going to be able to make JAE as all their furniture etc arrives from the USA this weekend and all the camping gear is hiding in a box some where, seems Red put their names down for things before checking with David and Fran that they were definately attending
so hopefully we have some reserves for those comps that David was put down for ?

Just seen Red can't make it. Gutted mate.

Seen my name on the hot wing challenge. Cheers Jay.

No one on the Jap food challenge?

I'll do them, but damn that Jap food was rats last year. If anyone wants a bash, be my guest. That's for either of them.

If not, well, looks like I'm in.

All sorted now I believe, lists will be finalised at JAE, Sarah due to your health issues I have not added you to the Tow team.
This being due to the fact that as a club the last thing we want to see are any members suffering in pain after a pull or paramedics being requested, we just want everyone to enjoy the weekend without incident.

Andy I`m fit enough to do the TOW, as I`ve told both Gaz and Justin each year if after the first pull I`m starting to hurt then i`ll bow out and let a reserve take my place, I`ll have my meds with me and I`ve done the TOW every year since the Lightweight team started and my backs the same now as it was for the last 4/5 yrs so please don`t put me on the scrap heap just yet
Justin and Gaz both know my limits and I have a back brace and the only thing that`s given way in all the years of the team is my legs after a pull as they seem to turn to jelly, if I`m prepared to put myself down for the team then i know i`m well enough atm to compete although I suppose at the end of the day its down to who chooses the team and if they decide to leave me out then ok but I don`t want dumping for something I`ve been competing in since the start.
And please Andy don`t take what I`ve put as an arguement or meant as any offence to you or anybody else, I consider you my friend and the whole OC my friends and I thank you for your concern but as i`ve said if I didn`t feel well enough to do it I would`nt of put my name down :)

Ladies,

Heads up, I think they are going to call it ladies only team this year.

Please can we get some extra volunteer ladies please.

All, bring good sturdy boots.

Gaz put me down for a place, I promise as I have since this Lightweight TOW started that if after any pull I`m in pain I will drop our and let some one take my place.
Justin can tell just by looking at me if I`m in pain and trying to lie to him and we both know with an op coming up that I will be careful and bring my back brace along, I`ve been in the team since the start and I sign the same indemnity form as every one else does that I enter the competition and hold only myself responsible so I ask that I have the same chance as any one else to compete :th:

The rules for the competition are supposed to be in this link; " http://www.japcarclub.org/index.php/clu ... mpetitions " , but every time I`ve clicked on it or tried the copy and paste way the link it comes up with " 404 ERROR " .
One thing I have found though is the F1 race simulator is part of the IKO overall competition, cant seem to find out any thing else about the new rules for this year ?????
