OK, I've been speaking to Dan and Nigel and have agreed to step forward as a Rep for this show. Means that I can ensure that we are good to go and I do already know Nigel which makes life easier .

Now, the plots themselves are 14x14 which is about suitable for 6 cars and tents without a gazebo etc. We're aready past this number so I am thinking that we may need 3 plots together to make this work properly? By my reckoning, that'll give us enough room for a central gazebo and say 14-15 cars and camping. We're already at 8, possibly 9 cars so that gives scope for more people to come on board.I know of a few more interested (Dawsey, where are you bud?)

Booked us a decent sized plot that will cater for about 15 cars with camping and a space for a gazebo/marquee

If you look at the map below, we have plots A46, A47 and A48

I have also amended the first post to give the link to the ticket sales. If you could give me the nod once you've paid, I can keep track of the numbers

Been talking to Scott (IMOC) and they are looking to book a plot next to ours for MR2's (No GT86's with them) so we could create an MR2 Village. Makes it a very similar setup to Silverstone (Japfest) but I also feel it's important that other clubs book space for their own members

Update - IMOC now have plot A45 adjacent to ours

Scott is also talking to the DC about the next plot up to make it a proper MR2 Village again

I'd say no, ideally we want as many MR2's as possible but other japanese cars can come come along

As we have the end plot, we would be able to position the cars in such a way that all the MR2's could be together.

Scott just made the point that the IMOC "group" so to speak would not include GT86's. Not sure why.
