Simple question.
Has anybody used a automatic transmission on a mr2 3.0 V6 upgrade and 3.5?
I know that there were a few 2.0i mr2s which had a automatic gearbox.
But has anybody used the auto gearbox on a V6 engine?
Could the auto transmission cope with the power of a V6.

Don't know about the 3sge auto box mated to a V6. Never heard anyone doing that. But I do have a 1mz and it's gearbox, i.e full Camry setup in a mk2 auto. There's some "shaving" to be done to squeeze it in but it's possible. Andy

Interesting, was that auto a A541E? Would be great to see some pics of the setup. What did you do for the axles and mounts?
