Where to buy TRD Strut Bar or CUSCO

Post by Mr.Mr2006 »

Hi,
I am shopping around for a RHD TRD strut Bar but I am unable to get it... I asked Toyota Dealership but they don't know anything... They wouldn't give me a part number for the Right Hand Drive TRD strut bar also.

I was thinking about the CUSCO OS front strut bar also but the only places I have seen that I can buy is JAPAN or USE... Anyone knows of a good respected source for CUSCO parts ? Preferably in EU?

Thanks !
If anyone owns A TRD front Strut Bar , could you send me the Part number of it ? :th:

Got an old TRD brochure with all the old parts on there; 53607-ZW301 for the front brace.

TRD rear strut brace for the MK2 was discontinued a long time ago, the MK3 version has probably gone the same way by now. Must have bought mine 15 years ago.

Never liked any of the front options available, designed and built my own.

You'll be lucky to find a European distro for the specialist parts.

Try RHDJapan, postage costs are very reasonable and the company is reliable. My Blitz intake for an SW20 worked out cheaper through them with import tax / VAT paid when it got here than ordering via a UK supplier, and the lead time was the same anyway as the UK supplier ordered from Blitz Japan anyway.

I have rang Toyota And gave them this product number but they don't recognize it in the system ... probably use different part numbers :confused1:

Anyway I am leaning over to the CUSCO front Strut brace now because what I see , finding a TRD Front bar is a joke :laughing

Then just get a cheapo copy off eBay.

Also, don't forget customs like their percentage when it reaches the shores.

Yep, add 20% + £15 to cover tax and courier admin fees.

Can still work out a fair bit cheaper if the item cost is low enough.

A wooden stick between the 2 front struts would do a better job :laughing then a cheap strut bar of ebay... My buddy has one made from steel 95 euro and I can bend it with my hand without too much force excreting on it... :rlol:
I am looking for something functional ... not for looks

I sent Part box a message to see if they could get the front Cusco bar for me... No response yet...

You'd be looking at about £190 delivered / taxes paid for a Cusco front brace from RHDJapan, would take about 2 weeks to get here.
