so i would have to cut the mounts off and put custom one on for an engine over 200 right

Yes, depending on what you mean by 200 (mph, bhp or ft/lbs ?) then it's been done many times with various engines, 3S-GTE (turbo) 3VZ-FE (V6), 1MZ-FE (V6) 2GR-FE (V6) you also need to change the gearbox. Some light reading for you LINKY
