Just spoken to the organisers of the show

They have received our order and our slot is now confirmed. They are still playing with the space allocation but it is noted that the MR2OC and IMOC have both requested to be positioned close making a large display of MR2's

Only 5 weekends left now

Hi Guys.

Right well our IMOC stand has been sited in `GATE C AREA 2`.

We put in the request via telephone and on the booking form as instructed by the organisers, so I`m hoping we back on to each other depending on how the layout is this year, I really hope the Japfest organisers have not ballsed this up!

We can all still convoy together regardless I guess? Will be disappointing if after all the efforts from both clubs to arrange this, they have not managed to get it right on our behalf. Dan.

Convoy - sure, but the organisers have definitely screwed it up. Gate C Area 2 means you will be in the same area as we were in 2012 - to the left of the access road behind Quarry (really hope they haven't given you the same pitch: right next to the bottom hedge, as far from the action as it is possible to be).

Going to fire an email off to them now to express our disappointment! Really annoyed at that as they knew both clubs wanted to make one big section of MR2s! Both booking forms requested it and it was discussed with them on the telephone.

Oh. That needs sorting.

OK Guys - starting to send these out now (due to time restraints, it will be a couple a day)

Tickets that are sent are now crossed off the list on the first page (I saw Chris and Gaz on Saturday so handed them their tickets)

Don't panic if yours hasn't been sent yet - I'm working through the list of Paypal payments received and ticking them off in order of payment so I don't miss anyone
