Change of date to 26/27 June is fine with me, in fact it helps as the previous weekend was causing some domestic "differences"

This is all good stuff! I'm updating the top post now with the new additions for those who want to attend.
For costs, for a brake-down once you've got to the tunnel:
- Eurotunnel £50 (give or take)
- Fuel £100 (2 tanks of fuel - one per day)
- Food £40 (meal in evening plus snacks - give or take)
- Hotel £70 (give or take depending on where we stop)
So that's around £260 for the weekend, plus spending money.
Once we know where we're staying and what train we're booking, costs will be payable months before the event so you can spread it out to make payment easier.
Hope that helps and is just a ballpark figure for now. Add more depending on if you want to spend money on the old alcohol while there, plus an extra tank of fuel if your going on the night drive (weather permitting on the day).

You might want to factor in breakdown cover to the costs. I extended my RAC membership to cover the weekend this year at a cost of £31.08 which I decided was a small price to pay for peace of mind.

Thanks . I have just noticed who is currently at number 11.
After what happened last year I hope this does not prove to be prophetic........
