2003 MR2 dash lights

I’ve made a stupid mistake! While the engine was running I was checking for a blown fuse by removing them one at a time. Now the handbrake and alternator lights are lit on the dash, the alternator is charging fine and the handbrake is off. Any clues on what I have broken please

Check the fuses again, especially the 7.5A Gauge fuse ( engine and ignition off !)
Black is not a colour ! .... Its the absence of colour
