Hi every one long time no speak ..But any way im back ... For the people that dont know ..ive just changed jobs and now work for a company that restore and do performance tunning on fiat coupes . Now my boss has asked me if id like to come and may be do a sort of mr2 V fiat coupe inter club thing type day ... It is just a genral track day so its open to any one ...I just thought it could be fun and its cheap £110 for all day with an open pit lane ..Check out the link for more details.

I'd be interested, but probably not until the spring - I'm not convinced I want to drivefrom Bristol to Kent on R888s in mid-December

Im not sure on numbers of coupes i would of thought about 6 -10 ..from what i can work out with only being at the new job 3 weeks is that the coupe owners are a power mad lot most of them are running 300 plus bhp easy ...But from the ones that i have had chance to drive they do seem laggy!!... So this should be good as the indy track is all about get up and go more so than top end !! This should suit us lot tidy with the way the mr2s are set up !!!

From what I'm forever seeing, they need new gearboxes. A friend of mine (JBT or johnnybravoturbo) works out of my mate's garage. Always does track days with pink wheels - don't ask him why! He's always stuffing his box, most FWD stuff seems to at high power!

Think his is just shy of 500bhp and I can believe it...when it's working anyway!

Incidentally he just changed his exhaust housing because of silly lag - still with an extra cylinder they'll be coming on boost before you do most likely!

i will come n watch mate-my car is not very good still so it wont be on the track thats for sure!lol

yea mate but u drive 3mile to work i drive 70+lol so i need a car that doesnt have customised body pannels!lol
