Help with valuation mk2 tintop

Hi,
I posted a few weeks back that I'd bought a project car.
It turned out to be a bit more rusty than I hoped, and have been offered a rust free imported tin top project.
It does need some work, the aircon condenser is dead and the interior is partly detached with the stereo missing and a few other relatively minor faults, and the paint is really dull.
It does run and drive but hasn't been on the road for 3 years.
The big draw for me is that it's pretty much free from rust, the only issue I could see was a dented sill, likely where it has been picked up on a forklift (?)

I'd be really grateful if someone could give a rough estimate of the value, as all the others I've seen for sale at the lower end of the market are either non runners or roadworthy but have visible rust issues.

Basically it's worth what your happy to pay There's no other realistic way of pricing it, compare it with any similar ones for sale (if you can find any) bear in mind that any value put on it is really just somebodies opinion of what it's worth (to them) who's to say who is right or wrong ?
