MR2 Owners Club

Guys and Gals,

Anyone got any sensible suggestions for improving the show over past years? (Yes Sarah, we know, more teabags x)

We'll already make sure the PS2/Wii is set up (at the very least to keep kids entertained).

Input welcome.

Dan, I frequent several forums, I use JAE to catch up withthe likes of KayJay, GazRev1Tubby, Jay, Oddshoes and yourself included. More recently, I've had dealings with Chris and Pete, Wilkie to name a few and will certainly call over to see them this year.

As a moderator I'll be taking my place with the TwoBrutal crew and I know that most of the above have paid a visit and used TB at some point and it would just be a good idea if we could arrange an hour say on Friday night at 7 or 8pm (other suggestions welcomed) where a crowd from the OC pop over and have a chat and a beer as it's the TB 10th anniversary this year.

There's lots of skillful people to chat to if you want a 6 speed gearbox, V6 (2GR, 3VZ or 1MZ) TRD Widebody or even just a shed.

Maybe TB could return the favour for an hour the next night and if it's successful it could become a bit of a tradition.

Just a thought feel free to flame if I've stepped on anyone's toes.

Torero; that could be a good idea, interclub relations are always good but remember that someone will have to stay behind in the stand for security reasons.

My feelings are that we need to organise a group fancy dress.
Maybe group food and also an offer to others of something ridiculously spicy for a laugh of course

One good game we could do is "guess the part" Did it at Japshow a few years back courtesy of MR2Bitz. Someone brings in a load of random MR2 parts and we have to guess what they are, winner gets a mug of tea or has to neck a pint of chilli laced Jager and run across the lake semi-naked wearing flippers, armbands and a rubber ring. Or.... just a beer and Haribo!
