Manifold "Twin Cam 16" nameplate part

Afternoon all,
I'm desperately trying to locate a vendor of the nameplate 11286 (2000 Twin Cam 16) from this picture:

I've found an old forum post on MR2oc however the website linked no longer supplies the part, has anybody managed to find a source for replacing this part?
Any help greatly appreciated!
