New one off event for 2017 - MR2 Summer Special @ The Empire Diner!

Located just off the A12 near Witham, Essex, The Empire Diner is an American style diner that caters for car clubs with space for over 100 cars, so lets make this the biggest MR2 only event in the UK this year!

Food and drink will be available throughout the event in the restaurant as well as a takeout menu if you don't want a sit down meal, and if the weather is right there will be a BBQ on the go as well. Check out the food menus here - http://www.theempirediner.co.uk/

The diner has become really popular, they're pretty much fully booked for club meets a couple months in advance now! They get everything from the regional non marque specific clubs to Supra clubs, Classic American car clubs, various motorbike clubs. Owner is a proper petrolhead too

16 marked as going and 44 as interested after 1 round of invites from my friends list and 1 lot of posts to the main FB groups so far

Had a meal in there last night. Was very nice. The milk shakes are very nice (Tiramisu)
Make sure you put on your elasticated feastin strides as the portions are generous!

Good to hear! I've not had anything from the full menu, just a burger from the takeout menu they run for meets etc, was decent.

Another OC event taken over by ROC

Mk3's are very under-represented at the MR2OC shows and our regional meet so I have no issue with that, will be good to see some for once!
