Part looks to be missing from top of gearbox/gear selector
I am in the process of doing a clutch change on my MR2 and as I was putting it back together I noticed this part that I've circled in the image, on top of the gear selector housing that looks to be shiny, as though it normally has something on it, but I have no idea what it is! Is anyone able to tell me as I'm worried something might have been broken

Yeah looks to be some sort of cap on it there, guess I'll see if I can find it on the floor somewhere otherwise I'm gonna just run it and hope for the best
