Peak District Run.....anyone?

Hi all,
After been in Ashbourne a couple of weeks ago (sadly in the wife's Dihatsu Fourtrak) it got me thinking that the twisty roads I was driving very slowly along would be very fun had I been in the 2.
Once I have swapped over my front brake calipers this weekend (yes the current ones are seized, surprise!!) my intention was to go back and have a nice drive around in a fun car.
However it's always more fun with another MR2's rear end to admire in front and once to look at in the mirror.....so would anyone be interested?
I'm completely open to dates, meetings points, routes etc so all suggestions welcome.
To put some rough idea behind it, I suggest a main meeting point before a nice hour or so drive to a pub for lunch somewhere before heading off home.
Ideas please??...
