rev1 turbo lump into rev2 body. wire harness confusion

I'm swapping out a rev1 turbo lump into a rev2 na body. Both jdm so not UK spec.
I'm having difficulties with a body loom socket not fitting a turbo loom plug.
I basically need to know which wires to solder to corasponding ones on the opposite loom.
Can anyone please help as the colours on the wires Do not marry up and I'm worried to damage anything
