whats the best way to deal with sunburn without buying products????

it's killin me T_T

got a bucket of cold water at the mo and a cloth and sitting infront of the fan T_T

when i got back i had a not cold/not hot shower ... driving me insane >_<

my aunt told me to use house vinigar the brown stuff so i did and my sunburn aint hurting now. Just dont go out while wearing it lol you may get asked to serve fish and chips .

If you havent got any products try a towel soaked in cold water and try to keep it cold

Sunburn should be treated seriously ... its really bad for your skin. Aloe Vera is great from sun burn, you should easily be able to pick some up in a late night Tesco or petrol station.

Drink plenty of water too !

the wet towel is a good idea and cool showers, though i just had a quite cold shower and as soon as i was dry i felt my skin heating up again!!
Make sure u use loads of moisturiser,any will do, otherwise itll peel.

I use the cold wet towel method or cold bath and drink lots of water as said above.

It just horrible as soon as that cold towel touches you burning hot sunburn but when it on it take away the pain for abit

Try a few large bottles of Peroni, its working for me, my arms and face have caught it bad today!
